The Certified Renovation Expert (CRE) course was created by Doug Foster, HUD Approved Consultant since 2007, who has been APPROVED BY THE STATE OF OHIO to teach CE continuing education to Realtors since 2012 in a classroom setting, and now has been granted CE continuing education approval for his online course, too.

The Certified Renovation Expert (CRE) is an independent study, which will allow the Lender, Realtor, and Contractor to become an expert in the 203K Renovation Loan Program.
